Serial entrepreneur from his early 20’s and former Managing Director of London LLC, Mike Ngo now serves as the CEO of iCANN USA, Inc. Mike has 15+ years of experience in various industries. He has founded, advised, invested in and sold couple of businesses including oil and gas industry, hardware and application platforms. His passion towards cannabis is transformed in to creation of innovative products and platforms to have the connected grow spaces for Cannabis industry.Mike has led from startup to multimillion dollar companies in his previous ventures.

Mike is actively involved with early-stage startups as an advisor, board member and investor and foreign trade. As a serial entrepreneur, Mike has personally invested in more than 5 startups and small businesses in various verticals to solve complex problems with innovative solutions. Among others, he nurtures the Cannabis industry by bringing together the best and state of art ideas, expertise, talent, resources and technology through a centralized platform.

Mike holds an MBA in Leading Innovative Organizations from the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University. He lives currently in San Jose, California with his wife and 3 pets. His hobbies are listening to Music and traveling around the world.

Kris is the co-founder and financial officer of ICANN, Inc. He is responsible for generating new business relations, keeping the finance in order, interacting with partners, customers and sales reps. He keeps the team on track by making sure the Engineering, Marketing/Sales, Strategy team, and Operations are working cohesively together to deliver the best possible product. He earned his degree in Business Marketing at San Francisco State University.

Pat brings a multitude of engineering and practical experience to Icann. He has a B.S. from San Jose State with a degree in Industrial Technology with concentrations in Quality Assurance and Manufacturing along with a minor in Business Management. Soon thereafter, he was employed by Read Rite and Seagate as a Process/Manufacturing Engineer creating a Pilot Line to bring prototype designs of head gimbal assembly utilizing lasers to low volume manufacturing. Pat was also an Engineering Manager at OnQ Technology (tape and reel) where he was in charge of 3 engineers and 20 technicians. In addition to his engineering responsibilities, he also work closely with sales and customer service to make sure all deadlines were met on time. In mid 2000, Pat decided to make a career change and worked in the residential construction industry. This is where he specialized in the kitchen and bathroom remodels focusing on quality, problems solving for custom designs, and on time delivery. In his spare time, you can find Pat helping his friends with car modifications/fabrication to their street and race cars. In addition, he likes camping, mountain/road biking and fishing.

Vidyadhar Handragal is a technology-focused entrepreneur and global leader who exude the passion to innovate and excel. Vidyadhar is the founder of Goalsr Inc., with a focussed vision to accelerate the startups and medium to large scale enterprises. Working as a CTO at ICANNUSA INC, Vidyadhar is a pioneer in leading the technology transformation for the cannabis industry.

Vidyadhar has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality, cost-efficient technological solutions while working with successful start-ups such as Fanfare Group, Elementum and Hivepoint.

With a career span over 16 years, he has set an impressive record of serving various roles across areas such as products, release management and operations in organizations like Dell (NYSE-DVMT), Spirent Communications(LSE-SPT.L), and HCL-CISCO(NSE-HCLTECH.NS).

Vidyadhar has a strong domain expertise in wireless, networking, systems, security and applications. He has successfully managed multiple product lines in test, measurement, and security and has been recognized as the Most Valued Person at various roles.

Vidyadhar has excellent experience building and managing projects with multimillions in annual sales. With his strategic and long lasting partnerships, he has spearheaded several initiatives across global infrastructure, product and business process services across the U.S., India, China, Vietnam, Ukraine, and Russia.

Vidyadhar is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani, India with a Master’s in Software Systems and Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering from REC, Bhalki. He currently resides in San Jose, California.

Johanna has proven creative, innovative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking leadership in team environments. She is focused on achieving continuous, improved business performance and serves as a thought leader for strategic projects, building strong relationships with cross functional departments, and executing transformational initiatives with a high standard of ethics and integrity.

Johanna previously worked at Square, Inc. (NYSE: SQ) a financial services, merchant services aggregator, and mobile payment company based in San Francisco, California as a Program Manager overseeing Strategic Marketing Operations building economic empowerment. She lead a team of 19 to execute the first time ever launch of credit card payment acceptance at Coachella Music Festival with a daily attendance of 99,000 in 2015, generating $12M in credit card payments and $22M in 2016. Before that, she was an Assistant Producer and Account Manager at gaming company Ubisoft Entertainment SA (EPA: UBI) in San Francisco. Prior to moving into corporate, she served as an Operations Manager and Business Development Manager at B&G Operations, Inc. a manufacturing supply chain company focusing in semi conducting, medical, and automotive businesses. Johanna consulted in business operations, corporate development, ERP solutions and strategic NPI projects such as the “Da Vinci Surgical System” and Tesla Motors.

Prior to that, Johanna was an associate of Vunderkind Capital specializing in alternative investments and part of the sales and acquisitions team at Innovado Investment Group, LLC. In the past, Johanna worked as a Business Development and Operations Manager overseeing business operations wholistically, marketing, and successfully achieving the ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management systems standards for Master Kraft Machining, Inc., which was later sold to KNT Manufacturing Inc. in July 2011. Before that, Johanna worked as a Business Development Manager and Marketing Associate at Imperial Investment & Development, Inc. a premier commercial real estate development and investment firm based in San Jose, CA.

Johanna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of California Riverside and currently lives in Oakland, California with her husband.

Brian is a senior executive and hyper-growth startup advisor for great organizations spanning Cannabis, Biopharmaceuticals, Technology, Private Equity, Real Estate Investments and Development, and Defense. He has been a Founder, Executive, Angel Investor, and Fund Manager throughout his career. Currently, Brian serves as an Advisor for ICANN USA and its wholly owned subsidiary, iCann Pharmaceutical, LLC, providing insights and leadership in the areas of corporate development, foreign trade, drug development, and general business strategy.

Previously, Brian held various Director level roles at Jazz Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: JAZZ) and most recently lead global drug development programs from Early Development, Phase 1 through Phase 3, and Launch Preparation through Submission. Prior to this, Brian led the R&D PMO group and was an IT Director for Jazz. He evangelized their technology roadmap and lead large scale technology initiatives across Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics, and Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance. Before that, Brian was a Manager of Worldwide Clinical Research at Abbott Vascular, responsible for global clinical trials data management and analytics. Prior to joining Abbott Vascular, Brian consulted for both Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT) and Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN), and in his early career led the development of naval security and anti-terrorism and force protection (ATFP) applications within the Defense industry for privately held Apogen Technologies, Inc. and QinetiQ North America (LSE: QQ).

Before this time, Brian was Founder and President of Strategic Investments for Vunderkind Capital and Co-Founder and Managing Director for Innovado Investment Group, LLC. In the past, he was a Director of Sales and Acquisitions for Imperial Investment and Development, LLC, a commercial real estate development, advisory, and investment firm focused on acquisition of unimproved land, development and re-entitlement projects, and undervalued commercial, retail, and mixed-use assets. Brian also served as an Advisor and member of the Board of Directors for Master Kraft Machining, Inc. which was sold to KNT Manufacturing, Inc. in July 2011.

Janet is an administrative professional with over 15 years of experience in fast-paced business environments. Currently working as administrative executive supporting Mike Ngo the CEO of ICann daily management activities and other area of operations and logistics, office management and finance administration, she also participates as a member of the team in overall planning and administration of ICann.

Janet is an effective communicator with all level in organization, maintaining a high standard for corporate ethics and operation, other than preparing agendas, conducting research and creating reports, she is also taking care company human resources, payroll, office budget and office supplies.
In short, Janet is a confident, determined, multitasking, well-organized individual with pleasant attitude and reputation for delivering excellent and making things easier for others.
Janet is alumni of Oklahoma State University with a BS degree in Accounting. She currently residing in Milpitas, California
